Les Arcs is the Cool Bus local resort so expect nothing but a completely biased review here! The resort is fantastic with tons of terrain, particularly now that it is linked with La Plagne via the largest ski lift in the world (the flying handbag). There is some incredible off-piste with the only downside being that it does get tracked out very quickly. The snowboard park is extremely well shaped and maintained. Sadly no halfpipe though. There are excellent tree runs around 1600 and vallandry. It also has the longest ski run in the Alps from the top of the Rouge all the way down to Villaroger. If you want nightlife go to 1800. If you want nice chalets go to Vallandry. If you want to be closest to the best terrain go to 1950 or 2000. That is it in a nutshell!
